Stephanie brings over 15 years of healthcare experience, with a decade devoted to a prominent plastic and reconstructive surgery practice in Houston, TX. She earned dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman’s University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.
Stephanie began her plastic surgery career as a patient care coordinator, progressing to lead both the patient care and front office coordinator teams and ultimately becoming Director of Operations. Her extensive knowledge of plastic surgery operations and strategic, big-picture mindset make her an expert in process improvement and creating efficient workflows that enhance patient care and outcomes.
Stephanie is passionate about working with an innovative and forward-thinking team where she can be both strategic and creative. She enjoys challenging the status quo and believes that her commitment to achieving her highest potential extends beyond the workplace through meaningful human connections. Dedicated to continual growth, Stephanie considers herself a lifelong student of leadership.

Meet Jon, a retired Air Force veteran with over 22 years of service, a devoted husband for more than two decades, and a proud dad of four. Jon’s passion lies in creating a healthcare environment where patients feel truly cared for, and teams feel empowered to grow and collaborate. With degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, the University of Wisconsin, the University of Kentucky (BSN), and Washington State University (MBA), Jon brings both depth and breadth to his work. He’s held roles as diverse as Infection Preventionist, Quality Control Officer, Director of Inspections, Chief Nurse Informatics Officer, and Master Safety Certifier, gaining hands-on experience across medical-surgical, orthopedics, pediatrics, and family medicine.
Jon believes in leading by example with strength and integrity. His mission is to support his teams through collaboration and ongoing development, ensuring everyone in the community receives the highest quality of care. He’s managed seven different clinics, holds certifications in Medical-Surgical and Ambulatory Care Nursing, and is working toward his Nurse Executive Certification.
Outside of work, Jon loves spending time with his family, playing guitar, fly fishing, and hitting the golf course. His heart is in building strong, happy teams and creating patient experiences that leave a lasting, positive impact.

She furthered her education at American Sentinel University, earning an MBA with a focus on healthcare. Her extensive work experience includes six years with HCA Healthcare, where she served as a Burn and Plastics ICU Clinical Nurse Coordinator and a Progressive Care Unit Manager.
Guided by her mission to enhance patient care through continuous personal and professional growth, Kayla strives to embody compassion, innovation, supportive leadership, and evidence-based practice in all her interactions. She is committed to fostering a healing environment that promotes wellness and empowers both patients and her team. With over 15 years of experience in oil and gas accounting, Jo Ann developed a strong expertise in financial management and reporting. Since joining Colorado Plastic Surgery Center in 2011, Jo Ann has consistently contributed to the team's success. She has also played an integral role in enhancing the office’s overall aesthetics, culture, and morale.

Here, she specialized in the surrealist art movement and worked as a muralist under the Artist Carmen Cereceda. She has been closely connected to Colorado Plastic Surgery Center for many years and is honored to be a part of a team that partners with patients in life-changing transformations. As a Patient Care Coordinator, Emma's mission is to lay the foundation for patients to get the most out of their self-improvement journey. Combining her diverse experiences in healthcare and research settings, and even from behind-the-scenes filming in the operating room, she is excited to educate patients and advocate for their unique needs. As a Certified Healthcare Interpreter with the National Council on Interpreting in Health Care (NCIHC), she proudly provides language services to Spanish-speaking patients and family members.
Emma is a Colorado native at heart and loves all things outdoors. On the weekends, you'll find her on the slopes, hiking Colorado's beautiful trails, or enjoying a concert at Red Rocks with friends and family.

Perioperative Massage Therapist
Pam will work with you after your cosmetic surgery procedure and use light touch therapy to speed up the recovery process and help with swelling and bruising. She is expertly trained to treat plastic surgery patients and educates each patient on proper ways to exercise, stretch, and be aware of postural problems associated with their surgical procedures. When she’s not helping patients, Pam enjoys spending time with her dogs and working on the remodeling of her house.
