This 26-year-old Tummy Tuck patient from Wyoming came to Denver plastic surgeon Dr. Nick Slenkovich seeking post weight loss cosmetic surgery. He had lost 120 pounds in one year through a dedicated fitness and diet plan. He was left with sagging skin on his chest and around his middle as a result of the weight loss. Dr. Slenkovich recommended an extended tummy tuck and male breast reduction surgery to remove the excess skin. This 37-year-old patient lost 160lbs through diet and exercise over six years and didn’t like the loose abdominal skin he was left with. After discussing the patient’s goals, it was decided that liposuction, an extended tummy tuck and a small fat transfer to the buttocks would achieve the best results!

This 33-year-old patient lives a pretty active lifestyle and considers himself to be in good shape but said he was struggling with holding excess weight in his abdomen. We had previously performed comprehensive 360 liposuction on this patient, but after some time he decided he still didn’t like the overhang of his abdomen and skin laxity. To address this, this patient and Dr. Slenkovich agreed to move forward with more liposuction and a tummy tuck.

Patient 4

This 35-year-old patient lost 170 pounds after a gastric sleeve. He was left with loose skin around his chest and abdomen, which he wanted to remove. He was rather fit and healthy but felt hidden underneath the excess skin. During liposuction Dr. Slenkovich removed 1600 cc’s of fat and excised 2.11kg of skin during the tummy tuck.

Patient 5

This patient is in his 40s and lost 190 lbs over two years due to a gastric sleeve procedure. He was left with extreme amounts of excess, sagging skin in all areas of his body. His surgery was split into two different procedures, 5 months apart. First was the body lift, arm lift, torsoplasty and gynecomastia, and fat transfer to buttocks. Second surgery included a revision to his chest and the long scar thigh lift. These were both vert large procedures, but this patient was highly prepared and motivated for the long recovery ahead.
