This 18-year-old male breast reduction patient from Wyoming developed fatty breast tissue during puberty. Despite heavy weight lifting and aggressive exercise, the appearance of male breasts remained causing him to feel self-conscious. This 27-year-old patient came to Colorado Plastic Surgery Center after feeling self-conscious with his longstanding gynecomastia. Dr. Slenkovich used the S.A.F.E Liposuction technique to reduce the amount of fat stored in this patient’s chest. A small amount of areolar tissue was also excised in order to achieve excellent symmetry and decrease the volume of his breasts.

This 28-year-old patient is fit and active, however felt like he still had some feminization of his breasts. He previously took testosterone supplementation for body building, which caused significant growth of breast tissue. With no plans of taking testosterone again, Dr. Slenkovich was able to achieve his desired results with a small amount of liposuction to the area.

This 35-year-old patient lost 170 pounds after a gastric sleeve. He was left with loose skin around his chest and abdomen, which he wanted to remove. He was rather fit and healthy but felt hidden underneath the excess skin. During liposuction Dr. Slenkovich removed 1600 cc’s of fat and excised 2.11kg of skin during the tummy tuck.

Patient 9

This patient is in his 40s and lost 190 lbs over two years due to a gastric sleeve procedure. He was left with extreme amounts of excess, sagging skin in all areas of his body. His surgery was split into two different procedures, 5 months apart. First was the body lift, arm lift, torsoplasty and gynecomastia, and fat transfer to buttocks. Second surgery included a revision to his chest and the long scar thigh lift. These were both vert large procedures, but this patient was highly prepared and motivated for the long recovery ahead.
