Patient H
This 27-year-old patient suffered recent nasal trauma, as well as when she was younger. The trauma produced a deviated septum which made it difficult to breathe through her left nostril. She wished to correct the deviated septum, reduce the bony ridge, lessen the volume of the tip and overall straighten the appearance of her nose. Dr. Slenkovich incorporated multiple techniques to achieve her desired look, including the state-of-the-art PIEZOTOME Ultrasonic Cutting device to perform lateral osteotomies. She absolutely loved the final result and stated “I haven't been able to breath this well through my nose in my entire life.” Photos shown are before and 1 year post-op.
