This 22 year old patient wanted a rhinoplasty for over 10 years. He did not like the size and shape of his nose, claiming it was flat and very "ethnic" looking. After discussing all of his goals and possible limitations, we moved forward with an open septorhinoplasty using ear cartilage and fascia grafts to support the tip of the nose. Looking from below, Dr. Slenkovich drastically reduced the size of his nostrils and created a clearly defined tip.
