This patient is 18 years old and felt very self conscious about her breasts. She has a significant herniation of the breast, giving it a tubular shape. These tubular breasts, also referred to as "puffy nipple" occur naturally and aren't super uncommon. To address her tubular breasts, we performed a breast reduction and augmentation. We reduced the size and volume of the herniated areola and placed implants through an areolar incision. We used Sientra High Profile Implants at 225c's.
