At the time of her surgery, this patient was 48 years old, 5'7", and weighed 202 lbs. In order to be a good candidate for plastic surgery, she lost the weight to decrease her BMI from a 33 to a 31.

This patient is a 47-year old mother of one child. After her significant weightloss with the help of a gastric sleeve, she was left with severe laxity of the buttock, thighs, circumferential bodysuit, and pubic area. Dr. Slenkovich performed a bofy lift, breast lift with augmentation, arm lift and medial thigh lift. At the time of her surgery, the patient was 5'4", weighed 146lbs, and had a total BMI of 25.1. A total of 2150mL of fat was removed during liposuction, and a total of 3.34 lbs of tissue was removed from the circumferential trunk, thighs, and arms collectively. In order to address skin laxity in both the lower and upper abdomen, this patient required a vertical scar.

After some sagging and deflation, her nipple position was lower than she would have liked. She is over one year post op from liposuction, a tummy tuck, a Brazilian Butt Lift, and a breast lift and augmentation. We chose 350cc gel implants and removed almost 4 lbs of excess abdominal skin. During the Brazilian Butt Lift, Dr. Slenkovich added 700ccs of fat into each buttock. What a transformation!
