This 30 year old mom of 3 was ready for her pre baby body back! All three of her children were delivered c-section. She felt that her third and final child took the biggest toll on her body, leaving her with the majority of her loose and hanging skin. Her biggest request was to get rid of her stretch marks. After watching us on snapchat, she was ready to move forward with lipo 360, tt, and a fat transfer of 500ccs to the buttocks.

This mother of two had significant stretch marks and laxity of her abdominal wall. She came to Dr. Slenkovich desiring liposuction to treat the fat layers in her trunk, flanks, and bra roll. Although a tummy tuck was reccomended in addition to the liposuction, the patient did not want this, and proceded with liposuction of the circumferentail trunk, inner thighs, and knees. At the time of surgery, the patient was 32 years old, 5'7", and weighed 192 lbs. While a tummy tuck would have decreased skin dimpling and deformity, this patient's skin was healthy enough for the liposuction alone to lead to successful results.

This patient is a 29 year old mother of one. At her heaviest, she weighed 200lbs. At the time of her consultation, she weighed 170lbs and stands at 5'3. Dr. Slenkovich performed lipo 360, a tummy tuck and a fat transfer to the buttocks. During liposuction, there were 3900 cc's of fat removed with 700 cc's reinjected into each buttock. The results are natural and the patient is left with much more projection of the buttocks. In the side view, you can see the difference that the 1546 grams of excess tissue removed during the tummy tuck makes.

When she came in for her consult, she hoped to restore a youthful and curvy appearance to her body through liposuction and fat transfer to the buttocks. At the time of her procedure, this patient was 54 years old, a height of 5'5", and weighed 148 lb for a BMI of 24.6. Seven years after her tummy tuck with Dr. Slenkovich, she returned to Colorado Plastic Surgery Center for a revision tummy tuck and circumferential liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks. This patient is a mother of FIVE children. She is 39, is 5’5 and weighs 180 lbs. She breast fed all five children and had significant laxity of her abdominal skin and breasts. After some sagging and deflation, her nipple position was lower than she would have liked. She is over one year post op from liposuction, a tummy tuck, a Brazilian Butt Lift, and a breast lift and augmentation. We chose 350cc gel implants and removed almost 4 lbs of excess abdominal skin. During liposuction, around 3000 ccs of fat was removed and 1200 ccs of fat were injected into each buttock for a round, full shape and natural curves.

She is over one year post op from liposuction, a body lift, tummy tuck, Brazilian Butt Lift, extended arm lift and a removal and replacement of breast implants with a breast lift. Her previous breast implants were 220ccs and we replaced them with 440 cc, smooth, round silicone implants. 400ccs of fat were added into each buttock to add some volume and projection and a significant amount of excess tissue was removed during the tummy tuck and body lift!
