After focusing on diet and exercise, this patient lost over 100lbs. After having 4 kids and undergoing a lap band surgery, this patient was ready to get her dream body. At her heaviest, this patient weighed 225lbs. After lap band surgery, she weighed 180lbs and was ready to address her damaged tissues. Dr. Slenkovich was able to rid her of her saddlebags and addressed her lipedema with a body lift and liposuction to the trunk and thighs.

This 44-year-old patient and mother of four was unhappy with how she felt when she looked in the mirror. She lost a significant amount of weight following her pregnancies, including 2 c-sections, and had a previous Tummy Tuck procedure with another surgeon, but still had loose and extra skin around her lower body and buttocks. She found Dr. Slenkovich when she was doing research online and scheduled a consultation to discuss her options. She decided to move forward with a Body Lift with Liposuction and Fat Transfer to the buttocks to restore her figure.

Dr. Slenkovich performed Liposuction to her flanks and abdomen with a Body Lift to remove the excess skin around her trunk and buttocks. 640 cc of total fat was then transferred to her buttocks, with 320 cc injected on each side for a Brazilian Butt Lift. She is very pleased with her results and is shown before and 8 months after her procedure.

This 30-year-old hair stylist and mother from the metro Denver area lost 65 pounds after having her first child and wanted to get rid of the extra skin around her trunk and abdomen. After meeting with Dr. Slenkovich, she decided she was ready to do something for herself and wanted to move forward with a body lift procedure with liposuction and fat grafting to the buttocks.

Dr. Slenkovich performed a body lift to remove the excess skin and abdominal tissue and enhanced her contours with liposuction and fat transfer of 1300 cc to the buttocks with 650 cc injected into to each buttock. This patient had a 130 lb weight gain at age 18 due to a thyroid tumour. He was able to lose the weight through dieting and exercise after his tumour was removed, but was left with significant excess skin. Dr. Slenkovich performed a body lift with liposuction 360, male breast reduction, and extended arm lift. A total of 3.6 liters of fat were removed via liposuction, and a total of 7lbs 2 oz of tissue were removed during the body lift. At the time of surgery, this patient was 5'10 and 195lbs.

This patient is a 47-year old mother of one child. After her significant weightloss with the help of a gastric sleeve, she was left with severe laxity of the buttock, thighs, circumferential bodysuit, and pubic area. Dr. Slenkovich performed a bofy lift, breast lift with augmentation, arm lift and medial thigh lift. At the time of her surgery, the patient was 5'4", weighed 146lbs, and had a total BMI of 25.1. A total of 2150mL of fat was removed during liposuction, and a total of 3.34 lbs of tissue was removed from the circumferential trunk, thighs, and arms collectively. In order to address skin laxity in both the lower and upper abdomen, this patient required a vertical scar.

Massive weight loss alert! This patient lost 160lbs after gastric bypass surgery in 2018. At her heaviest, she weighed 360 lbs. Now, she weighs 192lbs, stands at 5’6 and is 47 years old. This patient stayed overnight in our surgery center after undergoing a body lift, tummy tuck and liposuction. This patient is 6 month post op and is please with her results! She intends to move forward with an arm lift and breast lift!

This patient struggled with medical issues her whole life. Her doctors recommended she undergo gastric bypass surgery and she lost 140lbs in 7 months. When she came to Colorado Plastic Surgery Center, she weighed 174lbs. She has no children and traveled all the way from Iowa! She is over one year post op from liposuction, a body lift, tummy tuck, Brazilian Butt Lift, extended arm lift and a removal and replacement of breast implants with a breast lift. Her previous breast implants were 220ccs and we replaced them with 440 cc, smooth, round silicone implants. 400ccs of fat were added into each buttock to add some volume and projection and a significant amount of excess tissue was removed during the tummy tuck and body lift!
