Comprehensive Surgical Quote
At Colorado Plastic Surgery Center, we partner with you on your journey to become your personal best by providing a comprehensive, all-inclusive surgical quote to minimize additional expenses associated with your surgery. As such, our surgical packages include everything from post-operative garments to supplies and medications to perioperative lymphatic massage therapy and the Aspen Therapy System.
What Is Included?
The plastic surgery procedure fees listed below are an average cost range for surgeries and
include all the costs associated with your surgical procedure, including:
- Surgeon’s fees
- Operating room
- Implants (if required)
- Anesthesia
- Medications
- Post-operative garments and scar creamas
- Peri-operative lymphatic massage therapy appointments, all pre-operative and post-operative appointments, etc.
Our estimated starting fees are meant to serve as a guideline. Various factors can influence
surgical pricing. To obtain personalized pricing that aligns with your aesthetic goals, we
recommend consulting one of our expert patient care coordinators. During that initial
phone call, they can tailor a surgical plan that fits your specific objectives so that you can
have a more accurate estimate than this website can give.
The precise price quote is established during consultation with Dr. Slenkovich, accompanied by a written fee estimate that aligns with his surgical recommendations.

What Is Not Included?
We do not include required pre-surgical lab work, such as mammograms, blood work, or EKGs, that may be required for your surgery, depending on the procedure. Each patient is unique, and a customized surgical plan is created for you to help you reach your goals. Our fees are based on the complexity of your surgery, any specialty supplies required, and the amount of time Dr. Nick Slenkovich estimates your procedure will require. We provide a definitive quote at the time of your consultation when Dr. Slenkovich creates your surgical plan.

There are a number of factors that affect the range of fees shown for each procedure, including surgical technique, physician surgical time, medical device preferences, the patient’s anatomy, etc. Actual fees can be determined only after consultation with Dr. Slenkovich. Surgery Scheduling Fees
Once you have met with Dr. Slenkovich, you can reserve your surgical date immediately.
To schedule your surgery, we require a 20% deposit of the total quoted surgical cost
received at your consultation. The deposit will be deducted from your total surgery fees.
Your scheduling fee reserves a day for your surgery.
All payments for cosmetic procedures are due and payable two weeks prior to surgery or at
your pre-op appointment, whichever comes first. Payment must be collected in the form of
cash, cashier’s check, money order, credit card, or financing company.
